Payment Terms

Full Payment at Booking

  • All bookings made through the online booking system require full payment at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • Payment must be made immediately after booking to secure the selected package or space. Any booking that is not paid within 24 hours may be automatically canceled by the system.

Payment Methods

  • ayments can be made using the following available methods in the online booking system:

    • Bank transfer (to the provided account)
    • Credit/debit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
    • Online payment platforms (e-wallets, PayPal, etc.)

Payment Confirmation

    • Payment will be considered confirmed once the bank confirmation or payment receipt is received and verified by our system.
    • Customers will receive an e-ticket or booking confirmation once the payment is successfully processed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • Cancellation by Customer:
      • Bookings canceled more than 7 days before the departure date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable administrative fees or other charges.
      • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date will not be refunded, and the amount paid will be forfeited.
    • Cancellation by Company:
      • If the booking is canceled by the company (due to emergencies, force majeure, etc.), the customer will receive a full refund without any deductions.

Changes to Booking or Schedule

    • Any requests for changes to the travel dates or packages by the customer must be made at least 7 days before departure and may incur an administrative fee (if applicable).
    • Changes made less than 7 days before the scheduled departure may not be allowed or may incur additional charges, depending on the service provider's policies.

Pricing and Availability

    • The prices listed on the online booking system are the final prices at the time of booking, including all associated fees (e.g., tickets, accommodation, insurance, etc.), unless stated otherwise.
    • Prices and availability may change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed and fully paid, the price will remain fixed.

Taxes and Additional Charges

    • All applicable taxes and extra charges (such as VAT, airport fees, service charges, etc.) will be added automatically to the total booking cost and will appear on the invoice or booking confirmation.

Departure Notifications

    • Customers are advised to review the booking details (departure time, location, etc.) through the confirmation email or e-ticket they receive.
    • The company will send notifications to customers about any schedule changes or important information via email or other communication platforms.

Late Payment

    • If payment is not received within the specified time after the booking, the reservation will be automatically canceled by the system without further notice.
